Padyak Pinoy is a cycling race which consist of a mass start and team time trial events. It is organized by Dynamic Outsource Solutions Inc. and sanctioned by the Integrated Cycling Federation of the Philippines (PhilCycling). Rules and regulations of the Union Cycliste Internationale is being applied and implemented during the race.
